The FlairFriends App is developed by parents concerned with their own children’s online safety and security. We developed the App to be an enjoyable experience for children (and adults) of all ages. We do, however, recognize that some younger children may not understand some of the information contained in this App or how the App operates. That is the purpose of the Privacy Statement. Please discuss this statement with your children so that they will better understand how to use the App and the information they may be asked to provide. We strongly believe that providing its visitors with accurate and adequate notice about the App will lead to informed choices and decisions about how to use the App, as well as protect its users' privacy. At FlairGameWorld LLC (“FGW” or “We”) We understand and value your privacy and We want to make your experience online satisfying and safe. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy, it explains:
• The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you purchase, download, install, register with, access, or use the FlairFriends app (the “App”).
• Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This policy applies only to information We collect in this App, in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with this App.

• We collect offline or on any other FGW apps or websites, including websites you may access through this App.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use this App. By downloading, registering with, or using this App, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of this App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
Personal Information Collection
FGW may collect personal information when you register with us, when you use our products or services, and when you respond to our polls, surveys, e-mail messages, and newsletters. When you register to use our products or services we may collect personal information including, but not limited to: your name, age, email address, child's email address, parent's email address, organization, occupation, credit card number, card verification value, the billing address, and shipping address. The types and amount of personal information collected for these activities will vary depending on the activity. However, FGW will not collect the personal information of children under 13 without prior and verifiable parental consent pursuant to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
Non-personal Information Collection
FGW also gathers non-personal information through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our App and websites. This non-personal information collected includes click-throughs, IP addresses, and usage data. This non-personal information allows us to better tailor our content to App users' needs.
Information You Provide to Us
When you download, register with, or use this App, we may ask you to provide information:
By which you may be personally identified, such as name, email address, or postal address (“personal information”).
That is about you but individually does not identify you, such as collections or memberships, affiliations with other users or progress within the App games.
This information includes:
Information that you provide by filling in forms in the App. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the App and posting material. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the App.
Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us.

Your search queries on the App.
You may provide information to be published or displayed (“Posted”) on public areas of the App (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
Automatic Information Collection
When you download, access, and use the App, it may use technology to automatically collect:
Usage Details. When you access and use the App, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App, including activity logs, user relationships and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.
Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.
Stored Information and Files. The App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.
Location Information. This App does not collect real-time information about the location of your device.
Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of your information.
Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the App may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
Promotion by the Company. If you do not want us to use your email address to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by choosing the unsubscribe link from the email you have received. You can also always opt-out by logging into the App and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email stating your request to info@flairgameworld.com.
Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising and Marketing. If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for advertising and marketing purposes, you can opt-out by choosing the unsubscribe link from the email you have received. You can also always opt-out by logging into the App and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email stating your request to info@flairgameworld.com.
Information Use
We use the information collected in various ways:
First, the next time you use our service and enter your User ID and Password, we may call up your information from our database to allow us to customize your interaction with our service.
Second, we may email to you special advertisements, offers, and notices. You may choose to opt-out of receiving these special advertisements, offers, and notices.
Third, we use the information you provide to facilitate product and content development, improve our services, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients
Fourth, we do aggregate information about how our service is used to be able to improve our service and make it more responsive to our users' preferences.
Information Sharing for Children Under 13
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and its rules (collectively, “COPPA”) require us to inform parents and legal guardians (as used in this section, “parents”) about our practices for collecting, using, and disclosing personal information from children under the age of 13 (“children”). It also requires us to obtain verifiable consent from a child’s parent for certain collection, use, and disclosure of the child’s personal information.
This section of our Privacy Policy notifies parents of:

• Our practices for notifying and obtaining parents’ consent when we collect personal information from children, including how a parent may revoke consent.

This section only applies to children under the age of 13 and supplements the other provisions of this privacy policy. Only the other provisions of this privacy policy apply to teens and adults.
Terms that are defined in the general privacy policy have the same meanings as used in this Privacy Policy for Children Under the Age of 13.
Information We Collect from Children.
Children can access many parts of the App and its content and use many of its features without providing us with personal information. However, some content and features are available only to registered users In addition, we use certain technologies, such as cookies, to automatically collect information from our users (including children) when they visit or use the App.
We only collect as much information about a child as is reasonably necessary for the child to participate in an activity, and we do not condition his or her participation on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary.
Information We Collect Directly. A child must provide us with the following information to register with this App: a username (can be non-personal), a password, a favorite place and a parent’s email address. We may request additional information from your child, but this information is optional. We specify whether information is required or optional when we request it.
How We Use Your Child’s Information. We use the personal information we collect from your child to:
• Register him or her with the App;
• Communicate with him or her about activities or features of the App that may be of interest;
• Track his or her performance in games or other activities; and
• Manage his or her Flairs and their relationships with other Flairs, friends, and activities.
We use the information we collect automatically through technology (see the “Automatic Information Collection” section) and other non-personal information we collect to improve our App and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:
• Estimate our audience size and usage patterns;
• Store information about the child’s preferences, allowing us to customize the content according to individual interests, collections and connections; and
• Speed up your searches.
Our Practices for Disclosing Children’s Information. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer children’s personal information other than as described in this section.
We may disclose aggregated information about many of our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device. In addition, we may disclose children’s personal information:
To third parties we use to support the internal operations of our App and who are bound by contractual or other obligations to use the information only for such purpose and to keep the information confidential.
If we are required to do so by law or legal process, such as to comply with any court order or subpoena or to respond to any government or regulatory request.
If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of FGW our customers or others, including to:
protect the safety of a child;
protect the safety and security of the App; or
enable us to take precautions against liability.
To law enforcement agencies or for an investigation related to public safety.
In addition, if FGW is involved in a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of FGW’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding or event, we may transfer the personal information we have collected or maintain to the buyer or other successor.
Accessing and Correcting Your Child’s Personal Information. At any time, you may review the child’s personal information maintained by us, require us to correct or delete the personal information, and/or refuse to permit us from further collecting or using the child’s information.
You can review, change, or delete your child’s personal information by:
Logging into your child’s account and visiting his or her account profile page; or

To protect your privacy and security, we may require you to take certain steps or provide additional information to verify your identity before we provide any information or make corrections.]

International Visitors and Customers
This App is hosted in the United States. If you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law please note that you are transferring your personal data to the United States which does not have the same data protection laws as the EU and by providing your personal data you consent to:
The use of your personal data for the uses identified above in accordance with this Privacy Policy; and
The transfer of your personal data to the United States as indicated above.
Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
If you ever share credit card information with us, this credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Credit card information and other sensitive personal information required to process a credit decision is not used for any other purpose by our financial services providers or FGW and will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the services, unless you ask us to retain your credit card information for future purchases.
We will never share your credit card information for our own marketing purposes or the marketing purposes of our affiliates, nor will we share information concerning your creditworthiness with any third party, unless expressly authorized or permitted by law.
Merger or Bankruptcy
If FGW should ever file for bankruptcy or have its assets sold to or merge with another entity, information FGW receives from you from this App is a FGW asset and may be transferred.
Linking and Third-Party Apps or Websites
Please note that FGW is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of websites or Apps to which our App may link. Our privacy policy does not apply to the policies and practices of companies that FGW does not own or control, or to people that FGW does not employ or manage.
Changes and Updates
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date on the Privacy Policy. For changes to this Privacy Policy that may be materially less restrictive on our use or disclosure of personal information you have provided to us, we will attempt to obtain your consent before implementing the change. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about how we are protecting the personal information we collect.
